Onboard Programming: Yes – must be before 2011 and have 2 fobs that start engine <strong>Programming Notes:</strong> Gather all remote transmitters for this vehicle. This procedure will erase all previously programmed remotes. All existing and new remotes that you want to use on the vehicle must be programmed at this time. You will need at least 2 working remotes in order to perform this procedure yourself. <strong>Step-by-Step Programming Instructions:</strong> <strong>Be sure to review all programming steps before proceeding</strong> <ol> <li>Insert the first working FOBIK remote key into Ignition.</li> <li>Turn Ignition to the ON position for at least 3 to 15 seconds, and then turn Ignition to the OFF position and remove the key.</li> <li>Within 15 seconds, insert the second working FOBIK remote key into Ignition, and turn Ignition to the ON position.</li> <li>After 10 seconds, a chime will sound, and the Immobilizer Warning Lamp will flash showing entry into Programming Mode.</li> <li>Turn Ignition OFF, and remove the second working FOBIK remote key.</li> <li>Within 60 seconds, insert the new FOBIK remote key into Ignition.</li> <li>Turn Ignition to the ON position.</li> <li>After 10 seconds, a chime will sound, and the Immobilizer Warning Lamp will flash showing successful programming of that remote.</li> <li>Turn Ignition to the OFF position, and remove the key.</li> <li>Repeat Steps 6-9 for any additional FOBIK remote keys to be programmed to your Vehicle.</li> <li>Test all remotes. Programming is now complete. The remote and key are now both programmed.</li> </ol>
