<strong>Programming Notes:</strong> Gather all remote transmitters for this vehicle. You will need at least 2 working remote head or transponder keys in order to perform this procedure. <strong>Procedure #1 for Remote Head Keys WITH Immobilizer Chip</strong> <strong>Step-by-Step Programming Instructions:</strong> <strong>Be sure to review all programming steps before proceeding</strong> <ol> <li>Cut the new remote head key for your vehicle.</li> <li>Insert the first working remote head key into the Ignition, and turn the Ignition to the ON position for 3-15 seconds.</li> <li>Turn the Ignition to the OFF position and remove the first remote head key.</li> <li>Insert the second working remote head key into the Ignition, and turn the Ignition to the ON position for 3-15 seconds.</li> <li>After 10 seconds a chime will sound and the vehicle’s security light will begin to flash.</li> <li>Turn the Ignition to the LOCK position and remove the second remote head key.</li> <li>Insert the new remote head key into the Ignition, and turn the Ignition to the ON position within 60 seconds.</li> <li>After 10 seconds a single chime will sound and the vehicle’s security light will stop flashing.</li> <li>The vehicle’s security light will turn ON again for 3 seconds and OFF to show successful programming.</li> <li>Test all remotes. Programming is now complete. The remote and key are now both programmed.</li> </ol> <strong>Procedure #2  for Remote Head Keys WITHOUT Immobilizer Chip</strong> <strong>Step-by-Step Programming Instructions:</strong> <strong>Be sure to review all programming steps before proceeding</strong> <ol> <li>Enter the Vehicle and close all doors.</li> <li>Insert the key into Ignition, and turn the Ignition to the ON position (without starting the car).</li> <li>Press and hold UNLOCK on a working remote head key for 4-10 seconds.</li> <li>While holding the UNLOCK button, press the PANIC button until a chime sounds to show entry into Programming Mode.</li> <li>Release both the PANIC and UNLOCK buttons.</li> <li>Press the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons at the same time on the same remote until a chime is heard.</li> <li>Once the chime is heard, press and release the UNLOCK button on that same remote.  Another chime will sound showing successful programming of that remote. (This MUST be done within 30 seconds)</li> <li>Within 30 seconds of Step 7, press the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons on any other remotes to be programmed.  Release the buttons when the chime is heard.  Again, press and release the UNLOCK button on that remote.  Another chime will sound showing successful programming of that remote.</li> <li>Repeat Step 8 for ALL remotes (even working remote head keys) that you want to work with your Vehicle.</li> <li>Test all remotes. Programming is now complete. The remote and key are now both programmed.</li> </ol>
